Vilia

Hello, I’m Vilia, Yitrava Witch of the Rainbow Tribe of Gypsies, and therefore the leader of the Gelvenum Exiles in Galbard. I led my people out of the East during the Second Exodus, and we resumed our nomadic lifestyle in Galbard. Other than the multi-colored skirt I wear, I appear just like any Gypsy Elwen complete with the tightsuit we make from harvested natural elastic fibers. To keep the Witchery powers, I have had to remain a maiden, although I look forward to the day I can finally take a Companion and turn my powers over to some other Gypsy Elwen.

While only the Holvenum Elon of Galbard currently have representation at the Great Council of Civilized Countries, I always make an effort to attend the open sessions, that I may better stay informed and lead my people. This year, I’m particularly interested in Council, for Urgon—Celestial of Fate—has revealed to me in my Witch Fire that the Journeyman of Prophecy will appear in Plasis before the Council. I believe he may be my destined Companion as I saw so long ago in the Viewings at Observatory.

Thus, at the start of our story, I have brought a clan of my Rainbow Tribe to Plasis for the Council.
